💤 Slumber — Privacy Policy

Slumber is a Chrome extension that lets you snooze browser tabs and have them reopen at a scheduled time. This policy explains what data Slumber handles and how.

Data We Collect

None. Slumber does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics.

Data Stored Locally

Slumber stores the following information locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API:

• URLs and titles of tabs you choose to snooze
• The scheduled wake-up time you set
• Any notes you add to a snoozed tab
• Your extension settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server, third party, or developer.

Permissions Used

• tabs — to read the URL and title of the tab you are snoozing, and to reopen it at the scheduled time
• storage — to save your snoozed tabs and settings locally on your device
• alarms — to schedule tabs to reopen at the time you chose
• notifications — to alert you when a snoozed tab wakes up
• contextMenus — to add a right-click menu so you can snooze tabs without opening the popup
• scripting — required by Chrome's Manifest V3 extension platform

Third Parties

Slumber does not share any data with third parties. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

Children's Privacy

Slumber does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
